KYKD is a Christian radio station located at Bethel in far western Alaska. It is part of the I-AM radio network owned by Voice for Christ Ministries, Inc. As the most powerful FM station on the mainland of western Alaska, it serves Bethel and about a dozen surrounding villages and is repeated over translator stations in Quinhagak, Togiak, Kalskag, and Aniak. It also serves as the primary source of programming for stations in Scammon Bay, Hooper Bay, Saint Marys, Noorvik and Kiana. The population of all of these communities is predominantly of the native Yup'ik and Inupiaq people groups. The purpose of the station is to bring the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the people of rural western Alaska.
