Madonna Curates Remix Collection to Celebrate 40 Years of Dance Hits
Pop queen Madonna has been creating dance club versions of her hits since the 80s. Now, through a a multi-year reissue campaign with Warner Music, those beloved tracks are being released in a special collection curated by Madonna.
Titled Finally Enough Love, the collection includes well-known remixes as well as previously unreleased tracks making either their digital or commercial debut. In addition to celebrating 40 years of dance hits, the collection also highlights another milestone: 50 chart-topping hits on the Billboard Dance Club Songs chart. Back in 2020, Madonna's "I Don’t Search I Find" earned the artist her 50th number one on the chart, which made her the first and only artist with 50 number ones on any single Billboard chart.
Finally Enough Love will be available in both a 16-track edition and a 50-track deluxe version dubbed Finally Enough Love: 50 Number Ones. The 16-track edition will arrive on June 24, while the physical versions of both editions and the digital 50-track edition will be released on August 19.
Familiar Madonna favorites will be included in the collection, such as “Vogue,” “Like a Prayer,” “Music” and “Hung Up.” Featured DJs include Shep Pettibone, William Orbit, and the late Avicii. Other features include Justin Timberlake, Britney Spears, and Nicki Minaj. For the release, every remix has been remastered by Mike Dean – the producer on Madonna’s two latest studio albums (2015’s Rebel Heart and 2019’s Madame X).
In other Madonna news, the singer has been working on her upcoming biopic, which she is directing. The project is still in development, so no casting or release date has been announced yet.
