Johnny Cash-Themed Restaurant Coming to Nashville
There is a new addition coming to Nashville that will join the many restaurants and bars named after country music stars in Music City’s Broadway District. Johnny Cash’s Kitchen & Saloon is opening in late spring in a 15,000 square foot venue next to the Johnny Cash Museum.
The Johnny Cash-themed restaurant and bar is the latest project of Icon Entertainment CEO Bill Miller, a Cash family friend and longtime fan.
Regarding the new venture, Miller said, “I’m beyond thrilled to expand our extremely successful relationship with the Cash Estate through this ground-breaking food and beverage concept.”
The Cash family was known for their Southern hospitality and home-cooked meals, so Johnny Cash’s Kitchen & Saloon will follow suit. The restaurant will feature Southern cuisine and Nashville restaurateur David Swett will be collaborating on recipes, as well as kitchen and menu design.
Johnny Cash’s Kitchen & Saloon joins the long list of venues that have been opened by country music stars, such as Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Alan Jackson, Dierks Bentley, Blake Shelton, and Florida Georgia Line, in the past few years.
