Post Malone to Release Fourth Studio Album This June
Yesterday (April 27), Post Malone announced the release of his fourth studio album: Twelve Carat Toothache. The record is set to be dropped June 3.
Additionally, the rapper shared the album artwork: a blurred, red photo of his face. The title of the album seems to be a reference to Post's own teeth. Last year, the artist got diamond vampire fangs put in. The total weight of the fangs is in fact 12 carats.

Back in January, Post Malone told Billboard that the songs on the record “speak more to how I’m feeling at the moment” and the “bipolar aspect of being an artist in the mainstream.” He also explained it will be a shorter record overall.
“Trying to shove 20 to 25 songs, it doesn’t work,” Post Malone said. “Talking to the label [it’s like], ‘Oh, if you have less songs, you’re not going to stream as much,’ but the whole thing is that you don’t want to compromise your art and your gut vibe on anything. I’ve made a lot of compromises, especially musically, but now I don’t feel like I want to anymore. I don’t need a No. 1; that doesn’t matter to me no more, and at a point, it did.”
Twelve Carat Toothache will be the follow-up to 2019's Hollywood’s Bleeding. The new LP will feature collaborations with Doja Cat, Roddy Ricch, Robin Pecknold of Fleet Foxes, and The Kid LAROI. The previously-released The Weeknd collab, "One Right Now," will also be featured on the 45-minute record.
