Watch Paul McCartney Reunite with Ringo Starr at LA Concert
Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr took the stage together at Los Angeles’ Dodger Stadium on Saturday night to perform two Beatles classics.
McCartney introduced Starr by saying, “We’ve got a surprise for us, a surprise for you, a surprise for everyone: Ladies and gentlemen, the one and only, Ringo Starr.”
With Starr on the drums, the former bandmates moved into the minute-long “Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band (Reprise)” followed by “Helter Skelter” off The White Album.
Afer Starr's exit, McCartney brought out one more guest, Eagles guitarist and Starr’s brother-in-law Joe Walsh, to take part in the guitar solos on the Beatles’ “The End.”
