About
THINK Radio was created, founded and launched by Aretha Franklin‘s son and guitarist of 30 years, Teddy Richards. He's been hailed by the press as 'a brilliant cross-section between Seal and Lenny Kravitz, with the voice of an angel'. With a musical career spanning more than three decades, his rich musical experience also includes serving as guitarist for Al Green, Natalie Cole, Ashford and Simpson and Joe Cocker at Nelson Mandela's Freedom Fest, serving as opening act for Seal, Lenny Kravitz, INXS, The Verve Pipe and A.J. Croce. He's also collaborated and written extensively with Andrew Farriss (INXS keyboardist), Gabriel Gordon (Natalie Merchant’s guitarist) and Carlos Alomar (David Bowie's guitarist and co-writer of the hit ‘Fame’) and Marcy Levy (co-writer of Eric Clapton's 'Lay Down Sally') and served as guitarist for Nellie Furtado. His extensive body of work has him the everlasting title of "The Duke Of Song". As an accomplished singer, songwriter guitarist and producer, Teddy has alsways maintained a passion for music and production. “Music has always been a big part of my life-long journey. Think radio allows listeners to hear many of my favorite stops along the way.”
