This is the Evolution of WHRL 103.1 FM in Albany, NY from the Late 1990's. Adored by loyal listeners, and nominated for may awards including finalist for the 1999 Marconi Radio Award for NAC/Jazz Station of the Year. Unfortunately, Dame Media sold their entire group to Clear Channel, and the format was changed to Alternative Rock. As former Program Director and Morning Show Host, I have waited to relaunch the station and now we begin again!
